I have long possessed a passion for music, as it is the single most powerful form of art in existence. It's energy can trigger every emotion in the human brain in a way that nothing else in the world can. I had always hoped that I could someday make a career in the music industry and seeing it come to fruition with Black River Sound & DJ has been a truly humbling experience for me. When my clients book me, their special day becomes my special day. Positive energy is contagious, and getting to watch an entire room have the time of their lives celebrating something so meaningful brings out the best in me. I find myself becoming a part of that celebration and having fun along with everyone else in the room.

I started doing DJ work for family and friends when I was younger, and they are ultimately the ones who gave me the courage and ambition to go professional with it. I also owe a great deal of gratitude to my wife and two kids, who have been the biggest supporters of what I do. I wouldn't be half the person I am today without them and could not ask for a better family. Becoming a father has taught me to lead by example, and the example I want to set for my kids is to show them that a dream can become a reality if you pursue it. We can't want the best for our kids if we don't want the best from ourselves.
